How did you meet?
We met through an online dating app and took the plunge for our first date at a dessert shop. Before we knew it, covid hit and we realized life is just better with one another in it. Even if it only means we stay in the house, baking Chinese pastries, and watching endless Netflix together.

Why did you choose to have a destination wedding?
We wanted to spend more than one evening with our friends and family. What better way to create memories than a week on vacation in paradise with unlimited booze, food and laughter?

Why did you choose your resort and destination?
We initially wanted to have our destination wedding in southern Thailand, but quickly realized it wasn't feasible for many family members. We worked with Andrea who did a wonderful job in helping us narrow down the best location and resort for us. We wanted a family-friendly resort with good food, multiple entertainment options for a large group and excellent service. We received just that at Hard Rock Los Cabos. The unique back drop of mountain, desert and ocean side combo was a big plus, especially for photos!

What was your most memorable moment during your ceremony?
The most memorable moment was being in awe at how we managed to have 94 people gathered in Cabo celebrating with us for the week!

What was the best part about having a destination wedding?
The best part is giving everyone the excuse to go on vacation. We had a rehearsal dinner for family members only and the wedding day started at 4pm for the ceremony. We wanted to keep required wedding activities to the absolute minimum to ensure everyone had the opportunity to do whatever they wanted, whether it's lounge at the pool all day or take an adventure bound excursion. We recognize we are incredibly privileged to have so many guests travel for us so we wanted to ensure they got to maximize their vacation time too!

What was your experience using Shoreline Destinations?
We had an amazing experience with Shoreline Destination! Andrea took her time explaining all of the details with room blocks and helping us choose the right resort within our financial parameters and amenities for us and our guests. After choosing Hard Rock Los Cabos, Andrea directed us to her team to help us create a personalized website with all of the room block info, wedding details, and a platform for our guests to book their resort stay. The process was seamless as the bride and groom.
