Experience in Maui: Maui was great and the Sheraton was really nice! We had a great view of the ocean and it had all of the accommodations we needed. ALL of the excursions we booked through Project Expedition were run really well with great guides and fun activities. We did a kayak snorkel tour, a sunset cruise, Mt Haleakala sunrise and bike excursion (highly recommend this one - the sunrise was amazing), and a snorkel tour of Molokini crater. We also just ventured off on our own and found fun things to do like Road to Hana, some random shorter hikes, and snorkeling on our own.

The food on Maui was fantastic. Merriman's stood out as the very best that we had, honestly the best meal I've ever eaten. Fleetwood's on front street was fun and Kimo's was another great dinner spot. Paia Fish market was awesome for a quicker, more casual dinner, but I really don't think we had a bad meal. Best poke we had was at the Kahiau's Poke Truck next to Costco.

Experience on the Big Island: The Big Island was also fun. The Hilton was ENORMOUS. We did a nighttime manta ray snorkel tour (highly recommended) and a zipline tour. We visited Kilauea on the day it was erupting accidentally which was an awesome surprise (highly recommend this if the volcano is erupting)! We spent the whole day there hiking around, driving the Chain of Craters road, and eating at the restaurant in the park. We also took advantage of the Jeep upgrade and drove to the top of Mauna Kea which was fun.

Overall we were blown away with our trip!
